Step 2 – Introduction Call (Online)
During a complimentary video call, we:

• Discuss your dream wedding

After this call, you will have a clear understanding of what to expect from us.

Step 3 – Proposal & Confirmation
You will receive:

Once approved, we officially start the planning process

Step 4 – Concept & Planning
Together, we create a strong overall wedding concept:

• Coordination with the venue owner in Málaga regarding:

  • Ceremony setup

  • Styling and atmosphere

  • Number of guests

• Detailed wedding day planning

• Arrangement of catering, music, floral styling, photographer, etc.

• Design and creation of invitations for all your guests

Everything is clearly documented in one central planning overview.

Step 5 – Us as Your Wedding Planners (Ongoing Management) We:

• Negotiate and align all agreements with the venue owner

• Monitor the budget and deadlines

• Act as the central point of contact for your guests

Step 6 – Final Schedule & Preparation. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we:

• Create a detailed wedding day timeline

• Coordinate all details with suppliers and the venue

• Review the final details together with you

Step 7 – On-Site & Fully Involved in Málaga.
On the wedding day itself, we:

• Are personally present in Málaga
