1. How many guests can the venue accommodate?
The location can comfortably hosts up to 20 guests for a weekend wedding.
If you have more guests, please contact us so we can discuss tailored arrangements.
More then 20 guests also mean package 2 (All-in) because this means more time and focus to make sure everything is organized smoothly.

2. Are flights included in the package?
No, flight tickets are not included. Each guest is responsible for booking their own travel to Málaga.

3. Is a wedding planner included in the package?
The basic package does not include a wedding planner.
The All-in package is include the weddingplanners.
If you go for the basic, we recommend assigning 1–2 people to oversee logistics and coordination on the day and also be the contact person before the big weekend starts. Just have in mind, this is a task with a big responsibility.

4. Can we customize the food and drinks?
For basic package the meals and beverages, including tapas, multi-course dinners, are pretty setteld.
Some small changes are offcourse possible. For the personalized meal and drinks we reccommend to go for the premium package

5. Is a wedding video or photographer included?
These are optional services.
You can choose to include the videographer and photographer.
You will get an amazing short social media video + a full 15–20 minute wedding video, and/or a lot of wedding photo`s.

6. What about decorations?
Our packages include white decorations, lights and flowers, but you are welcome to personalize the setup further with additional décor options.

7. Can we have a wedding cake?
Yes, a custom wedding cake is available as an optional service.
We have picture availabe for the white weddingcake for the Basic package.
For the Premium package you can have a weddingcake after your choice.

8. Is there a shuttle service for guests?
Yes, we offer an optional guest shuttle from Málaga Airport to the venue for €90 per trip.

9. Can we arrive before Friday or stay after Sunday?
Before Fiday is not possible, but earlier on the friday is possible.

10. Are there extra costs we should expect?
Additional costs may apply for extra drinks outside the package we discuss.
Any additional charges are always communicated in advance to ensure transparency.

11. How do we book our wedding?
Please contact us via our website contact form for an introduction.
If you already have your date ready, that would be amazing but not yet mandatory.

12. Can we choose the exact menu and drinks?
Yes, you can fully customize the menu and drinks selection in the premium package.
We ensure your preferences are implemented exactly as desired.

13. Is the venue private?
Yes, the location is fully private for your wedding weekend on the floor/ hill where all the guests are staying and where the swimmingpool is.
Offcourse also the location of the Vows is private and when everyone is having the breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Just have in mind, that the territory is very big, there are some other small houses on the hill where are other people can be staying.
But this always communicated and make sure we wont see them during your wedding activities.

14. What are the payment conditions?
We require a deposit to secure your wedding date, with the remaining balance due before arrival.
Monthly payment terms is possible. We accept bank transfers.

15. Cancellation Policy:

More than 3 months before the wedding:
In case of cancellation 3 months or earlier prior to the wedding date, 50% of the total amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.

1 to 3 months before the wedding
In case of cancellation within 1 to 3 months prior to the wedding date, 75% of the total amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Within 1 month of the wedding
In case of cancellation within 1 month of the wedding date, the full total amount will be due.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The applicable cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the timeline above
